Mindfulness with your pet

Join us for a unique and relaxing virtual mindfulness session with your pet!

During this session, we will explore how to cultivate mindfulness with our furry friends by being fully present with them and noticing their unique qualities.

This guided mindfulness practice will allow you to deepen your bond with your furry friend while promoting relaxation and calmness, helping you to connect on a deeper level and reduce stress. It’s a great way to spend quality time with your pet while also taking care of your own well-being.

Manifesting joy with spontaneous art

In this sessions we will use mindful meditation with sounds as inspiration for creating spontaneous art to reconnect mind and body.

Colorful drawings are a playful exploration of the individual’s sensations feelings moment by moment. The sounds of nature will guide you in the choice of colors and medium, being crayon, watercolor, paint or makeup to rhythmically transfer positive emotions onto paper, face, or your body.
